MY STORY

My journey in education began in 2011 when I started teaching literacy and mathematics at the primary and secondary levels. From the very start, I was drawn to the rewarding challenge of helping students develop critical reading and math skills. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with diverse learners, each with unique strengths and needs, which deepened my commitment to a personalized approach to teaching.

I pursued dual master's degree in general/ special education to further my knowledge and skills, specializing in both literacy and mathematics instruction. In addition, I earned an extension in ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages), which has allowed me to work more effectively with students from multilingual backgrounds. This blend of expertise equips me to provide comprehensive support, ensuring that every student—regardless of their background—can thrive academically.

My passion for teaching continues to grow as I see the impact that individualized instruction can have on students’ confidence and success. Through my tutoring business, I’m able to bring this passion to the forefront, focusing on literacy and mathematics, and helping students in the New York area unlock their full potential.

LEARNING BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

As a tutor it is the responsibility of  the tutor in helping students to understand different subjects. The goals is to assess, assist and encourage the students in the learning process. Tutor professionals also review materials used in classes, explain various topics, and answer all the doubts and questions of the student regarding that topic.

Looking for help in or out of school the goal is to simply want to boost your knowledge, there is nothing more effective than being taught by a reliable Tutor. I’ve been offering my services to children from ages five to fourteen in the New York City area since 2011, and I’m here to give you the personalized attention you deserve so that you can reach your full academic potential.
